Hi, I’m Kirsten, a South African living in Hamburg with a love for swimming that started in my childhood. I’ve had the privilege of living in various cities around the world—Durban (my hometown), London, Pretoria, Addis Ababa, and Kampala—before settling in Germany. As an Early Childhood Educator and certified swim instructor, I’m passionate about sharing my love for the water with others. I find great fulfilment in teaching both children and adults how to swim safely and develop proper technique. Guiding my students’ progress and celebrating their achievements, no matter how small, brings me immense joy.
